If you talk about your pet on a video call, you must be prepared to introduce them.

It’s called a ‘cat tax’. If a cat gets mentioned, said cat must be shown. No exceptions.

I thought the cat tax was that if you are eating something you must give the cat some of it, even if they absolutely will not like it.

My boss’ cat steals the cam every time he’s on. He and I will have a 1:1 and she’ll have her face right in the camera facing me like she’s my boss while my actual boss moves his head to the side so we can see each other. And if she’s not doing that, she’s turning around to show us her butthole with my boss trying to keep her modesty and putting his hand over it lol

Are you absolutely certain the cat isn't your boss tho????

The boss works for the cat, so by the transitive property it's upper management.

I really want to see this as sort of a mash up of Flushed Away meets Ratatouille.

Make it a sort of Dickens-like moral about how the upper classes should help the working classes by not hoarding all the wealth and re-distribution comes without a significant loss as to affect the lifestyle of being pampered, going "hunting", eating, and lounging around in the sun; like that which a cat enjoys.

I once had a professor go on a whole tangent about noodles and was like “yeah if you ever want to send me noods”. The whole class got a case of the giggles and he was just “yeah I did not think that through.”
