Das wird vermute ich (unprofund) vor Gericht nicht bestehen können … in der Zwischenzeit aber viel Schaden bei einer bereits sehr vulnerabelen Bevölkerumgsgruppe verursachen. Und der Umstand, dass (wenn meine Vermutung denn stimmt) das vor Gericht eh nicht wird bestehen können, macht es m. E. noch perfider bloß — weil heilt von vornherein eindeutig sinnlos.
