I haven't seen anyone mention it but The Man From Earth is fantastic. It's literally just about a guy saying goodbye to his friends and telling an unbelievable story. There aren't any flashbacks or visuals illustrating the story. Just him talking and their reactions but it's so well written that it really draws you in.

Granted it's not horror but more people should see this gem

Yea I also lived in China for 3 years while doing my masters and OP clearly doesn't know what he's talking about. Everywhere takes cards and cash in addition to the digital payments. And no service I used was digital only.

Edit: The only requirement I encountered was a local phone number. Not a smartphone.

If you're looking for rock/metal then en.metal-tracker.com usually has lots of flac rips.

I've used this for New Vegas. Instructions are on the page.

Uses the latest tech in linux e.g wayland and pipewire.

Yes

I made it to the end since it was one of the only games I had at the time. Felt like the entire game was a riding horses and talking simulator. It's so tiring going through the main story. Was ultimately disappointed in the end. Felt like they wanted to make a movie more than a game.

Wanted to try out wayland and fedora was recommended as the best experience for that during those years. Discovered the most polished, stable and smooth Linux experience I'd had to date. Mostly used ubuntu distros and arch before. Never looked back. Upgraded to Silverblue to try out the future of linux. Haven't changed anything since. Been about 3 years now on Silverblue.

This was my favorite movie of 2016. Probably in my top 5 animated movies of all time too.

Recently joined one about a month ago. So far I can say the downloads are generally faster and older torrents are more reliably seeded. Otherwise I don't think you're missing much.

Gattaca (1997) - Sure it has a relatively high IMDB score but no one I know has seen it and I always recommend it when I can.

Beyerdynamic DT 700 Pro X and Sennheiser HD 6XX. Get the 6XX

Excellent album. Tool fans, this one's for you.

Man this was always my favourite Beatles song. Imagine the smile on my face when the credits rolled.

The Fifth science by Exurb1a. It's a collection of short stories in a shared universe. Love it so far. Author has a good youtube channel if you're into that.

6XX at home, DT 700 Pro X at work.

Restarting with everything plugged in usually fixes that for me.

Man if I had an LG phone with Quad DAC I'm pretty sure I wouldn't need a DAP either. I agree with the pricing though. Most modern DAPs are ridiculously expensive for what they do. But they're not the only option available. The one I got was only $123

It's basically a drop in replacement for dnf.

As simple as sudo rpm-ostree install vencord. Then you reboot and it's there. That's assuming it's already in the repos. If not, I'd recommend you look into distrobox. It allows you to install apps from any other distro in Silverblue. You can add them to your menu and have them behave as native apps.

Yes. That would be it.
