ruleiverse better

Honestly to me it seems like the harder these massive Web 2.0 corps push for Web3 and trashing their services for an ever increasing profit margin the more I think that a Web 3.0 won't be Blockchain, but I think it will be something decentralized.

The web is increasingly experienced exclusively through social media and with the building of more decentralized services (and the gaining traction) the more I think a decentralized social media future may be unfolding.

I'm for it, I support FOSS for sure.

finally got a pride flag!

We all are at different points in our journey, be you and be proud.

Of course I'm saying this from my little closet as well, but I've let a few people in my life know and each time I've told people it's only made it less stressful to be me.

My sister says my closet has a glass door, so I may not be hiding it as well as I think.

Someday I'll tell my parents though, someday way in the future preferably.

Jerboa UI improvements v2

I think it looks pretty nice, I think adding the ability to jump to the context of a reply to a comment would be pretty cool as well.

Like seeing the little notification for it in your messages and being able to tap on it to bring you to the context would be nice. I got pretty used to it in BaconReader.

What gaming moment made you genuinely smile?

When that music kicks in when you start a game of We Love Katamari or Katamari Damacy

It will always bring me joy

It brings me back to a simpler time of being a kid during summer and picking the game up for the first time with a former friend.

Though that former friend is no longer here, those memories of that summer will be with me hopefully forever.

I had lost those memories (and many many others) a few years back when I had a traumatic brain injury, and last summer when my AC was broken and I caught myself humming a some I didn't remember. And after a bit of working on the song it clicked what it was from. I listened too a few songs from it and booted it up on my old PS2. And that intro music while sitting in front of my TV on the floor, brought me to happy tears as those memories of that summer started to flood back.

/r/traa's is shutting down

I hope a lot of those communities move over this way, I'd hate to lose such welcoming places.

Just because you have to change venue doesn't mean your community has to disappear.

Community is more than a place, it's a feeling, it's a people.
