Yes please do- then the insurance money will build them brand new apartments and they'll probably make a but on top of it if they use the right contractors. Then they could rent for even more as they are now new builds. Great plan. Much thought.

Sure and you go to jail for arson. Oh and your insurance won't go up that much as you'd probably just build in a less insane area. Oh and insurance will also cover the lost rent too. Oh and you dont have any more maintenance costs for the duration of the rebuild so you are making more money. Oh and you will get a break on that year's property taxes- so even more money. Either way you still have no place to call home. Well- except your cell. Fucking dumbass grow the fuck up and learn how the world works. You listening to a podcast and thinking you know something will never bring about your commutopia.

Classic puzzle, new approach or just a "two kinds of people" moment?

I've always found it easier to just ask the question within the question. To either guard.

"If I were to ask you, 'which path is safe?', what would you say?"

If you asked the truth teller he will Indicate the correct path because he would have told you the correct path anyway. If you ask the liar he originally would have indicated the bad path- but now he has to lie about what he would have original told you and will now indicate the safe path. Asking what the other guard would have said just kind of adds another unnecessary logic wrinkle in my mind.

Whoopsie. Maybe take another look at how portals are handled in the game. Then extrapolate that to this "conundrum "

The answer is neither. They wouldn't be ejected at all theyd just fall right back into the portal. Which would make them fall back through the orange back and forth forever. Until someone grabs the blue portal wall and pulls them out.

You do need to provide proof of income (or lack thereof). It's not hard to do. Also don't have more than 3k in your bank account. Which if these things are true then you are the exact people SNAP is for. Basically if you go to your local human resources office (or create an account online) you just fill out the application and provide the asked for documents.

I mean- I get where you are coming from- but it is actually pretty easy to get on SNAP (foodstamps). They just outright give you a card to use only for food. Like 400usd (more if you have a kid). I personally don't get it but I have helped others get on it. I also couldn't eat 400 usd worth of food a month.

Yes I'm sure it's sad- everyone knows I'm right and the point is valid so there's nothing for you to really debate. Instead you are going to make yourself feel better by acting smugly superior rather than actually addressing the argument itself. Again- yes very sad.
