President Trump was given a mandate by the American people to modernize the federal government and reduce waste, fraud and abuse. How Much Did DOGE Really Save?

DOGE claimed billions in government savings through cancelling contracts, terminating grants and renegotiating leases. According to its website, the department reached $214 billion in savings as of November 24, estimating this to be worth $1,329.19 per taxpayer.

These savings were attributed to "asset sales, contract/lease cancellations and renegotiations, fraud and improper payment deletion, grant cancellations, interest savings, programmatic changes, regulatory savings, and workforce reductions."

However, multiple analyses suggest the real savings fell far below DOGE's own estimates. In February, former Labour Department chief economist Betsy Stevenson said its total at the time was likely between $1 billion and $7 billion, rather than the $55 billion claimed. In August, Politico reported that of $32.7 billion in contract-related savings it could verify, the true figure was closer to $1.4 billion.

A CBS News investigation further found that DOGE had repeatedly inflated the value of cancelled contracts, including one it claimed was worth $8 billion, when the actual amount was $8 million.

If I have a good understanding, the Symlinks that Proton uses allow the games to view nearly your entire drive and see what software is running? Because Proton is explicitly NOT a virtual machine and merely a translation layer for Windows applications to run on Linux?

The reason I like to ask is because this is the general consensus, that Proton applications are not secure, but when searching online it doesn't explicitly state anywhere if the games with EAC or BattlEye are capable of spying on Linux users. So I'm looking for confirmation on this.

I saw a clip of a guy saying that Ukraine is going through a command reform:

1. Military officials will be forced to adapt or leave.

2. Military command will be highly "streamlined" and "automated" with "new technology."

The video was claiming this as a huge win and that Russia would be outdated by comparison and that military personnel, infrantry and such, would be treated more humanely.

However, what it sounds like to me, what I'm hearing instead of those claims, is that all military power and authority is being centralized and that ChatGPT or Grok or some shit is being given reigns of a fucking drone swarm. Is that what is happening? Two things I can say quite confidently is that: consolidating such power such that less total people have any say in matters has never lead to more humane treatment, historically, and that AI chatbots have never shown any capacity for morality nor hesitation in regards to the sanctity of human life and nature.
