Let me amend that:

"How likely is a country to do x? Choose from these four countries" is a malformed question.

Listen, I'm not saying this to annoy you, I honestly don't know what you're asking and I suspect people who do click an answer will all be answering slightly different questions based on their understanding.

Which country's current leader is most likely? Which country's leaders have been most likely? Which country is in general most likely to have such a leader? Which country has had the most leaders be like that?

You're asking "how much" and the answers are "yes" or "no".

Sorry for the late response, I'll update the wording since it confuses you, but you appear to be willfully ignoring the text: "MOST CORRUPT COUNTRY POLL:" at the start.

If I'm ignoring that part, it's because it introduces yet another entirely new aspect: is your question about the country generally being corrupt or the leader specifically? There's a difference.

A country with a corrupt leader is a corrupt country, generally. The "how likely is a country's leader to get away with crime" was the phrase defining what corruption is. You could argue that Trump is the most corrupt leader but he's much less likely to get away with a crime than Putin or Xi, for example.
