Keeping pet cats indoors would save millions of native animals and billions of dollars. So what's stopping us?

Cats are to tigers as dogs are too wolves. They all would like to roam around freely. We don't generally want people to let their dogs roam though.

I have a cat and a dog. The dog gets to go out unsupervised for short periods, but he digs so I mostly go outside with him. I take the cat out several times a day and she wishes I'd let her out more. But I don't want her killing stuff so I make sure she has plenty of toys and entertainment inside too.

What are some legitimate deals for Black Friday so far?

To add to the point of cheaper versions. Best buy does this and those items will have a different SKU. They also don't bother to take the regular version off their website, so you can check it against that. From what I remember when my ex worked there, it was a combination of removing features/ports, and lower quality control.

Phytolacca Americana, or Pokeweed, is a herbaceous plant up to 2.5 meters tall, and native to North America. The plant is very toxic to mammals, especially the berries. Due to the risk from the toxins

The color is associated with the toxin if it’s not actually the toxin itself. You can eat (after boiling and draining the water repeatedly) the leaves of a young plant before the stems start turning colors. They used to eat them during the Great Depression because they grow so easy.

Trump's RNC chair includes Ukraine in list of US adversaries

That's what I'm thinking too. Because to say that Putin has something on Trump at this point, is in some ways taking agency away from Trump. But I think Trump and the other Putin lovers are terrible enough people on their own. He doesn't need to have any dirt on them, they just want to work with him because they think he's doing well for himself, and they want that kind of power too. It feels like a much simpler explanation.

Spotted water hemlock

"The confusion with parsnips can be fatal as C. maculata is extremely poisonous. It is considered to be North America's most toxic native plant."

"The chief poison is cicutoxin, an unsaturated aliphatic alcohol that is most concentrated in the roots. Upon human consumption, nausea, vomiting, and tremors occur within 30–60 minutes, followed by severe cramps, projectile vomiting, and convulsions."

It supposedly tastes good though.
