We never wash our belts, although they are the first thing we touch when leaving the toilet, even before we wash our hands

Is that why no one at the gym will spar with me as a brown belt!?

Japan appears to be confused about Christmas

I mean, it's all based on he said she said nonsense the further back you dig anyways. The only difference today is that corporations hijacked the public consciousness to perpetuate consumerism, instead of it being cave dwelling Jews or delusional Roman oracles with an affinity for pharmacological 'substances'.
Jesus wasn't even born in December lol. Early Christians stole the winter solstice festivities from Pagans, because that's how cults work - they leach off of other cultures, then either twist or outright re-write those traditions, allegorical stories, and legends to benefit their narratives.

You Can't Look at Porn on Any Reddit Third-Party App Now
Reply in thread
Yup. I used it to patch sync with its own api key and remove all ads. It's been working flawlessly, including nsfw content after creating my own sub to mod.
I'm not fully switching to lemmy until sync comes over, then Reddit can finally fuck off entirely.

France passes bill to allow police remotely activate phone camera, microphone, spy on people

JFC.. that's dystopian. A rooted android with a custom rom (shoutout GrapheneOS) can disable the GPRS connection, then could rely on dns filtered, firewalled, and VPN'd WiFi networks to make calls and texts.
What's shitty tho is the average person likely won't even care and will accept spyware on their device as the new normal. That just makes me sad tbh.

Looking for better Sports streams

https://iptvwire.com/best-iptv-services/
This site is a decent resource to find and compare providers. I've used BunnyStreams and PrivateIPTVAcess with no big complaints, but it's best to just try out 4-5 over however many months to find one that's stable in your location. Some offer free trials.
I'd also highly recommend using privacy.com to proxy payments through a customizable digital debit card. I've never had an issue with a provider over charging or selling the info I give them, but you never know with 'illegal' services like this. It's just a good safety measure to have imo.

Fully understand if this is impossible, but is there any way to pirate/emulate switch games?
nxbrew(dot)com has keys, firmware, and clean XCI/NSP games.
You can use NSC_Builder from github to verify the XCI/NSP to make sure they're not modified, or even potentially malicious.

Trump downplays talk of Elon Musk’s increasing influence in Republican politics
Seems like a desperate attempt to create a narrative that justifies seething petulance. It's funny, and mostly why liberals got btfo in the polls.

Opinion - What are your thoughts on password managers? Do you use one? Would you recommend it to others?
Reply in thread
Exactly. I won't ever put that level of trust into any company to keep all the keys to my entire digital safe.
Password Safe on Android is good too. It doesn't have Internet permission, and encrypted backups can be kept locally on air gapped storage, so the only person to blame if I were to ever get owned is myself.

I painted myself painting myself.

This song immediately came to mind too!
He's been painting pictures on canvas since age thirteen
And claims he only exists in the mind of a higher being
And I enjoy his work; mostly scenic landscapes
But each one is focused on an easel where the man paints himself
painting himself
And all that's in his visual field
He said this was the only way he could make himself real

Fourth of July overshadowed by 16 mass shootings across US
The only 'mass shooting' was the Philly one. Intellectually stunted and politically blinded morons are trying to change the definition by lumping in gang bangers doing drive bys and shooting up house parties. If you Individually dig through the gunviolencearchive.org sources, the overwhelming majority of them have an African American teenager with a handgun set out to settle a personal vendetta; yet somehow that scenario is - by gunviolence.orgs own statistical criteria - categorized the same exact way as a deranged psychopath with an AR-15 randomly shooting up a mall (which even once is way too fucking common, but not as statistically prominent as the site is trying to mislead the public to believe).
It's not a gun problem, it's a cultural one.

Good fucking luck with that lol. Being a whiny sanctimonius tyrant won't convince anyone but the most loyal rage bait addicts.
I don't think I've ever seen her say anything poignant or pick apart any specific issue - she's always just throwing around empty platitudes that she knows a certain audience likes to hear.

Lmfao yeah, right bud. Totally how that works. More police = more crime, because.. 'tensions'.
This sanctimonius bullshit excuse making is why a 100% objective AI model would destroy leftism: it's not rooted in reality.

Oh look, another blanket statement that appeals to emotion without substance.
Articulate specifics on pressing issues or shut the actual fuck up. Anyone calling for silencing discussion is a coward with a weak, insecure worldview.
