I was like 10 and couldn't understand this nor was it explicitly explained. So i kept attacking the boss kept healing and i kept losing. It took me going to a boostpre, finding the Brady games guide and finding that fight in the book. That was like 4 months after i had given up.

Similar to that is in Shin Megami Tensei Devil Summoners where you fight this Dolphin and you are to keep using magic on it till it explodes. No other fight is like this and I'm pretty sure magic was healing it. It is possible to brute force that fight but you do so little physical damage.

I know a $50k bounty is a life changing amount of money for most people, but it's a god damn shame the FBI turned the poor against itself to catch this guy. If it was any other murder for any average person this wouldn't be the case. They wanted this guy because he threatened the status quo. Sure murder is a crime, but did the world lose anything of value? I really hope it's not the guy but it sounds like it. I see this more as the start of a bloody revolution.

I was once of those federal employees impacted by the government shutdown that lasted almost two months. I illegally collected unemployment just to make sure I had for to eat. In the game Nier Automata there is an NPC in the main settlement who talks about how he won't replace his leg since it's the only piece of him that hasn't been replaced. He feels that if he replaces his legs he would no longer be the same person. This made me think of that.
