I'm not religious, but I'm fairly certain that Trump is the least christian POTUS this country has ever seen.

No, it's not bad. You have a best friend and that's great. Assuming there's nothing amorous going on between you, the fact that they are the opposite gender as you shouldn't matter.
Just be careful to invest time in your relationship with your boyfriend as well. Remember that they are also your friend and even if they trust you they may tire of the situation if they perceive they are being neglected. Just saying this because I have seen relationships fall apart because of similar situations.

Elon Musk Loses World’s Richest Person Title to Jeff Bezos
I wish the media wasn't so focused on stuff like this. It's only feeding their egos and driving them to even further to out compete each other in the worlds biggest a-hole contest.

US Senate circumvents Tuberville holds and confirms new Air Force head, first female on Joint Chiefs
Reply in thread
A post by another user on this platform a few days ago suggested Tuberville's true motives were to keep key positions in the military vacant until Trump or another Republican is elected president where they can then fill those positions with loyalists. This is similar to what we've seen the GOP do on the Supreme Court.
One might be led to believe then that the ultimate goal is to use the military to support their attempts to retain power indefinitely.

Defense moves for mistrial over Daniels' testimony
Reply in thread
"I was surprised that there were not more objections," from the defense team he added. "At one point, the court ... objected, because there was no objection coming from the defense."
Either they are bad lawyers or they were strategically withholding their objections in order to file the mistrial motion. I fully expect this to be brought up again in an appeal, assuming Trump loses the case.

Does purchasing a game on GOG.com really grants ownership of the game and not a license to use it?
What it grants you is the ability to download and install the game as you see fit with no DRM software getting in the way. You don't even have to use their launcher if you don't want.

Jeffrey Epstein Reportedly Ran Kremlin’s Largest Honeytrap and Blackmail Operation
On one hand this sounds plausible, but on the other the article cites the Daily Mail, which is far as I'm concerned isn't the most credible source of factual information. I'll hold my judgement until this is corroborated by more reliable sources.

Good. So now maybe they should look into their hiring and retention policies to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Trump calls for Liz Cheney to be jailed for investigating him over Capitol attack
Trump and his minions keep talking about "evidence", but based on their many court losses over the years due to a lack of it I don't think that word means what they think it means.

Epstein file says Trump "knew and funded underage sex parties" at his golf course
On one hand it's important to remember that the allegations were not deemed credible enough by investigators at the time, but on the other hand this is Epstein and his BFF (the orange one) we are talking about. For the moment I'm going to take this with a grain of salt. However, I would certainly love for someone to do a proper investigation of these allegations so we can all finally learn the truth.
Also, "underage sex parties" sure is a weak-ass way to say "rape parties", because we know that's what it really was, or would be if/when the allegations are finally proven.

Warp Drive Breakthrough Could Enable Constant-Velocity Subluminal Travel, Physics Team Says
While the concepts outlined in the team’s new paper pave the way toward making travel through space nearing light speed a reality, constructing such an engine is likely something that will only be feasible far in the future, as the present state of technology would not allow for such a device.

Here's what a random person on the internet thought of The Outer Worlds
The Outer Worlds has always struck me as something of an underrated game. I certainly liked it enough to play through it three times; once just the base game and two more times with the DLCs. I do agree that one of the highlights of the game are the companions. They were all unique and it was fun to pair up different companions and listen to their banter. Well, except for the robot who had fairly a limited set of lines.
I will say the DLCs added a lot to the game. I recall being mildly disappointed in how brief the base game was but after adding the DLCs it felt a lot more fleshed out. Not quite like a Fallout game, but enough to satiate.

Horizon Zero Dawn - From what I saw from the marketing seemed just odd. Relatively primitive looking humans fighting animal shaped robots. It just looked a bit too gimmicky. Several years after it's initial release I saw that it was on sale and gave it a shot. I was genuinely surprised by the depth of the story. It was much more emotionally impactful than I expected and the story now feels almost prescient.
