it always interesting when multi billion dollar company's costing system is a 63 tab excel 97 spreadsheet at it's core...

From the sounds of it, the company's entire accounting system is done in a very old version of Excel. One Excel spreadsheet. Which is a very bad idea for so many reasons. If it's not backed up and gets deleted or corrupted.... everything is gone. Not to mention that there's so many better ways to do your main accounting than Excel. Excel has it's uses, just not....that.

What is a good methadone for sugar

If you want something to replace soda and don't want artificial sweeteners, flavored carbonated water can scratch that itch. There's some that are low sugar and some that are no sugar. They have some really interesting flavors, too. La Croix is not a great brand, in my opinion.

If you could force everyone in the world to read and internalize one book what would it be and why?

Between the World and Me by Ta-Nehisi Coates.

It's basically a letter from a father to his son about all the concerns an African American person has regarding their children's safety. That is a very poor explanation of this book. It's one of the few books I have read that has shaken me to my soul. I have been forever changed by this book. As a white person, it opened my eyes to things I never thought about. It is a captivating and moving read, but you will not view the world the same way ever again.

Noob question: Does anyone have any tips for stitching on black aida?

I haven't stitched on black aida, but I when I stitched, I used these magnifying glasses that had little LED lights on them. They were rechargeable and you could turn the lights on or off. If lighting isn't a concern for you, maybe just having a zoomed in view of what you're doing would help. There's other options than glasses, as well. I think the glasses are the least expensive and the bonus is that they're helpful on projects that use other colors of aida.
