Oh please tell me this is true!

If i was a multi Billionaire i would dedicate my vast wealth to building an Institute that breeds only the most intelligent octopi with each other.

They don't live so long, so generations go by fast. I bet we could speedrun evolution if we just put our money where our tentacles are.

Nobody i know are outraged that Trump is, at least, bisexual.

We just find it really funny. Not because there is anything wrong with homosexuality, but because building your whole cult around bigotry when you are a minority, is kind of really fucking funny.

And all the mental gymnastics that conservatives are running to defend this right now, is prime entertainment.

Not every joke involving gays, are bashing at homosexuality.

There are no nazis in Valhalla

Reply in thread

Valhalla is not a punishment though, as only real warriors (read: most likely this will be people who love battle) will be granted access.

Therefore, Valhalla is a reward yes. Just not for "being a good person", but Odin still decided who the real warriors were.

No Nazis would be considered real warriors. They are cowards by nature.

It's sad that people completely misunderstand what Star Trek is about.

Why would you even complain about that in the first place?

People tend to think that "forced diversity" is something being pushed from the top, but the people who own Hollywood are literally paying money to the right wing who limits diversity.

My personal belief is that there are simply a lot of homosexuals and trans people in the art world. Whether it be make up artists, actors or screenwriters, i think aaaaall of this is a lot more normal amongst creatives than it is among the regular population.

So obviously, its gonna show up more in movies and shows, than in real life. Because the people making the art knows these actual people.

People tend to forget when watching a movie, that just like when looking at a painting, they are in fact watching someone else art, and they are welcome to just not look at it, or find artists that more aligned with their bigoted views.

How common was video game piracy in the 90s?

I remember growing up, one of my dads friend ran like a pirated blockbuster. We would go to his house, and he just had bootleg movies on vhs, ps1 games, music, anything you wanted.

I remember it like it was wall up and wall down in every room of the apartment, but thats probably just my childhood memory version lol.

I remember getting my first ps1 for Christmas, already chopped (something you had to do before it could play pirates games, i dunno) and going to this guys place to pick out games.

None of the games had covers, they just came on cd's, with the title written on the disc. And like i was 7 or 8 years old, i didnt know any games, so i just picked a bunch of randoms, and my dad made sure to get a few known titles like Tekken 3 and Crash Bandicoot for me.

He even rented out pirated movies too, lol. This guy had it figured out.

I'm foss plus steam

I knew a guy who did this for a time. Ate only vegetarian, but fried bacon to every single meal, then crushed it and sprinkled the bacon on as salt.

He did that until he got a job as a chef, then he said it got too hard not to eat any of the delicious food he was preparing at work.

I've made plenty of those jokes by now, iæand i can tell you thats not the case for anyone i know 🤷‍♂️

The joke is a cult leader sucking cock while his cult hates cocksuckers 😂

But we don't mention the cult in the jokes, because then the joke doesnt trigger them.

Cult rule

Yes all the wonderful cultural aspects! Like the inquisition, book burnings, destruction of local temples, and changing their story to fit better into all the new conquered territories 🤷‍♂️

The cultural impact of any religion is mass control.

When i was like 14, my best friend was an ex-veteran who moved from America to Germany because of PTSD and hate towards America.
