What a cool display, I want to write an app to show recent retro achievements on it

I saw this a while ago and had been waiting for the campaign to launch. It has launched and I just backed it! This looks like a fun display to tinker with and write some apps for.

This has been annoying behavior for a while. When I click any post from the widget it brings up my previously viewed post. I then have to click back and go back to my home screen and click the article a 2nd time to get to the post.

Note: Clicking the home button doesn't help. The important piece is that I have to click back. It seems like the widget click on an article only works if the app state isn't in a specific article already.
