This is Alyssa Rosenzweig. She reverse-engineered Apple's M1 GPU with no public documentation and also developed an open-source Linux driver.

Sometimes I think I'm smart then I hear stories like this and I'm humbled.

She is a hero and a legend. It just makes me think, it's so sad that we live in a world where the most altruistic, talented, and capable people make less than those that are the best at taking advantage of the system and others for their own greed.

USS Abraham Lincoln sailors tried to jump overboard amid extended deployment – reports

Joining the military in a corrupt capitalistic country is about as dumb as it gets. I got more patriotism for those fighting the fascists here than the ones doing the racists bidding abroad (or here for that matter, looking at you ICE)

Healthcare, housing, education, a steady income, a promise that you too can become a billionaire from nothing is the modern day smoke and mirrors that make people think they are soldiers with free will as opposed to what they really are slaves to the system.

I have some lora devices, my biggest concern is it's another thing I have to carry. If I lose my keys I have to have the mesh tag on my keys and a separate lora device that's external from my phone, that is not attached to my key ring.

Makes me wish these new FOSS phones that are betting developed would include lora internally.

Not a console but the psp, it was so hackable and customizable and one of the first handhelds that did 3d and emulation well.

As a console, probably the n64, mostly cause the game changing factor compared to its predecessors and sick ass titles. Nintendo sucks balls now and I dont buy any of their shit but it was cool back then.
