It's alright, Mr. Walken. We don't think any less of you for it.

Solved or not, what games have great detailed mysteries/conspiracy theories that you can completely miss?

Ohh, neat. I should go back and finish that one. It was really good, but the machine I was playing it on died spectacularly and I never got around to reinstalling it on the next one.

How is father's day for you?
I don't generally believe in the paranormal whatsoever, but my dad gave us each a wallet-sized ouija board as a joke before he passed a few months ago ("keep in touch"), so I sent a quick "love you dad" on it, just in case.

Anon passes gas for the first time in their life, gets scared
If these people knew anything about parascience they'd see that CLEARLY anon was possessed by a ghost who died of constipation, and who used anon's body as a conduit to release the ecto-shit weighing them down to this plane. Ecto-shit, being ghostly, is of course invisible to the naked human eye.

I want a new retro Final Fantasy
It's more Chrono Trigger than Final Fantasy, but I'm keeping an eye on Threads of Time.

No release date or demo yet, but all the previews look sick as fuck. Hopefully they don't fumble this.

What is a game that you know is bad but really enjoy(ed)?
By all accounts, Quest 64 ranked somewhere between runny dog shit and aggressive bone cancer, but I was just enthralled with it as a kid. Actually kind of bummed when I got a Switch and it wasn't on the retro games subscription thing.

I'd be so irrationally worried that some super-tick would survive the flush and crawl back up the pipe for a revenge bite to the ass or balls.
Fuck, I'm glad I don't live where ticks are a problem.

Oh wow, Small Saga reminds me of The Rescuers or Secret of Nimh. That's definitely going on the list!

Anyone know of any good mods for Cyberpunk 2077 that add _content_ specifically?
Reply in thread
I tried Hardcore22v2 and it was definitely not for me. Made even the first mission with Jackie kind of a shitshow when added to everything else. Also had to turn off reinforcements during quests from ENC, at least in act 1.
I removed that trio, and am instead trying Gunsensical and a handful of additional mods recommended by the author. It looks like this accomplishes a similar goal of making combat more lethal on both sides without being as extreme about it.
Also discovered Flashback Fixer, to make you as invincible as you wanna be during Johnny's memories, scripted car shootouts, and other such scenes where you're so gimped by the story that it could be impossible to continue with mods beefing up combat.
Not at all content or game balance related like most of these, but I also have to shout out Arasaka Cyberarms. You can make one or both arms cyber in several different styles, and then pick one of like 2 dozen colors too. Also has options for flashier mantis blades and monowire.

Gaming market melts down after Google reveals new AI game design tool — Project Genie crashes stocks. (A.K.A . Investors panic because they don't understand what "real" videogames are)
If this is widely adopted, I have enough emulators and classic PC games to never buy another game in my life and still be entertained the whole time. Good luck, corpo dipshits.

Mexican . . Patients?
Let's explore this.
If we agree to entertain his lie for a moment, and the further implication that the people supposedly supplying her with drugs were responsible for her OD, doesn't that same logic make gun dealers responsible for shootings?

Well, I can't say I can name even one of her songs, but if she triggers magats and has Luke Skywalker on her side, then I guess it's time to get Swiftie in here or whatever.
