How to freeze and reheat cooked eggs

How do you all freeze and reheat scrambled eggs?

Traditionally I’d bake them in a casserole dish as a scrambled egg, cut them into squares, and then put them into a wrap or breakfast sandwich.

To reheat I’d microwave for about 2 min from frozen.

Every time the eggs become super soggy, let out a ton of water, and the texture and look of the eggs is like a dish sponge. What am I doing wrong as every video I’ve seen seems to have figured it out?

My goal is to make breakfast sandwiches or burritos.

Anyone have a hot logic lunchbox?

I’m obsessed with mine. It’s essentially a mini hotplate in an insulated lunchbox. It gets food to 165 degrees F and holds it there indefinitely.

So I literally get two hot meals a day at work served directly to me at my desk, courtesy of my past self, who meal prepped and then plugged it in. It can also heat up frozen dinners directly in the container, bc it doesn’t get hot enough to burn or melt anything.

No link bc I got it on Amazon and I’m not giving them any free publicity, just search for hot logic lunchbox.
