It took me longer than I’d like to admit to say that I got your comment. It was a slow burner…

Cosplaying. That pattern hasn't been used for nearly 7 years, the collar is up, double flag patch... Basically a stolen valor video waiting to happen.

He's a veteran, AFAIK. Not that there's any "valor" to steal.

Pretty sure even if he was a veteran, wearing his uniform in this situation is strictly prohibited

2

Nah. There's no special law for veterans against wearing camo. Ever been to a milsurp store?

From veteran.com :

In most cases, no matter what the specifics of the regulations for each branch of military service have to say on the subject of uniform wear by retirees and veterans, the end result is the same. You are expected to wear the uniform appropriately, on the right occasions, and you are expected to NOT promote commercial or political causes while wearing the uniform of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard

I can't find anything about penalties, so I'm assuming this is about as legally enforceable as the "flag code".

Why is it "a man dressed as spider man" and not just "Spider-Man"?

lol even the photographer refers to him as Spidey

And we all know, there’s no reason a news photographer would like us to think someone else is spidey…

Especially one who can take getting pepper sprayed and needs financial support.

What's the first one from?

Would love to be able to provide a source when using it to taunt fascist Marvel fans 😁

After a bit of searching, it's from Spider-Man Noir (2025) #2.

5

Spider Noir I believe, but I don't have sourcing for it unfortunately.

The worst part of growing up isn't that you realize that comic book heroes aren't real.

It's realizing that villains are real and in charge of everything.

Why are the police protecting the fascists? Oh right.....

"Some of those that join forces are the same that burn crosses."

49

Well, in a rare bit of good news, the cops did arrest the fascists, and impounded their two cars. Not disagreeing with you, just a note of hope in this shitshow
