Five posts total, most recent was two years ago. Lemmy isn't big enough to support such niche comms, yet.
Third post there: "We're more active on c/nudism". Still not very active though.

Ah, interesting! Well if you're looking for a German instance I can recommend feddit.org though I haven't noticed much around the topics nudism and natureism.
I don't see why not. Just think carefully about the instance you choose to host it on and the options you choose setting up a community. Many people will not be happy with untagged nudity in their All feed, so you will probably want to make the com mark all posts nsfw by default. Choose your rules and moderators carefully and good luck
