Nah quality is pretty evenly distributed throughout the area. Joe & John's is squarely in the red section for example. Honestly, midtown Manhattan is mainly chains and bougie shit that barely resembles NYC style

There's not much to see in the red areas. All the tourist spots everyone wants to visit while on vacation are outside them.
As a tourist, I prefer to take the normal areas of a place I visit, not tourist attractions. Just regular streets, parks, shops, ect
