There should be a test in high school followed by regular 5 year examinations to grade you as a roommate

The issue with this is coming up with a rubric without bias
Like, cleanliness is important for most everyone when it comes to roommates, but how would you grade someone who is so clean they insist on washing walls every week?
Cleanliness high, but neuroticism also high and ease of living would be low.
This reminds me of a scene in The Good Place, where Jason explains his ranking system for how cool someone is. It is 1-13 with 8 being the highest (presumably shaped like a bell). Wall cleaner roommate would likely score a 12 or 13 for cleanliness.
