Oh, I own this game. It's Battleship: Surface Thunder!
It's the weirdest mix of "Battleship the 2-player board game" and what you see in the image, a mission based arcade game.

This was a General Mills promotion where you'd get one of a bunch of games as discs in cereal boxes.
Battleship, Hasbro Board Game collection, and Wheel of Fortune was what I got.
I don't think I've ever seen this one before, but I look forward to guessing more in the future! Thanks for this, it sounds like fun!
