Show me where the Constitution says anything about how to handle US citizens who become enemy combatants adhering to non-state organizations waging war against the US.
Obama tried to come up with an orderly procedure for making decisions in those cases, consistent with the Constitution and international treaties such as the Geneva Convention (which tallks about armed non-uniformed irregulars, but doesn't say much about them, and assumes the states they operate in have the capacity to deal with them as bandits, which is not always true).
And the idea that drones are somehow worse than any other method of blowing people to kingdom come is also irrational.

Obama increased them about 1000% compared to GWB. People complain about the Trump deportations. Yet Obama was the Deporter in Chief, and both Obama and Biden deported more immigrants than Trump. People complain about the immigrant detention centers under Trump, and as Trump asked Clinton wisely who built the cages the immigrant children were being put into, it was Obama. During Trumps first term, when he had a State of the Union, the one time Democrats stood up and cheered was when Trump introduced Juan Guaidó. When it comes to wars(especially regime change wars) and immigration, Republicans and Democrats very much agree, and the only way they wouldn't be equel, is if you consider that Obama deported more and dropped more bombs.
