Ahh, ABC quoting and legitimizing the "she was attacking us" narrative..

In the video he’s in front of the car for maybe half a second before she starts to accelerate and continues to fire when he’s clear of the vehicle.

94

She was clearly performing a Y turn to steer around him. You can see him pull his gun out as she's switching from reverse to drive, and he fires the first shot while she's barely moving. She continues to accelerate after getting shot and yet he doesn't get hit, but he does continue firing.

Her intent was obviously to escape, not to inflict harm. His intent was obviously to inflict harm, not to escape.

What the media has to learn: just because they say it, doesn't mean it gets to be reprinted or quoted.

21

You still under the impression the media's purpose is to serve the public? In 2026?

28

If ICE comes up to you, treat it as a life or death scenario and respond accordingly. You can get shot, sent to a torture camp, or deported to a country you've never been in.

Edit: and don't assume you're safe because you're a citizen and/or white, as evidenced here

105

yep. you literally pretty much have to.

this woman was trying to leave and they tried to take her out of her car without reason and then shot her in the face because they felt like it.

29

12:49pm "Frey said he’d seen video of the confrontation and said ICE was “already trying to spin this as an act of self-defense. That is bullshit. This was an agent recklessly using power … that resulted in someone dying, getting killed.”

79

Warning: violence

  • you cannot see any blood, or the driver
  • you can hear the gunshots, and in the second video, can see the ICE agent firing his sidearm into the car
  • ICE’s description of the incident is very clearly an outright, bald-faced lie

Fwiw I don’t use Threads at all personally, but that’s where the content lives

If this (and other similar incidents) aren’t examples of a modern Kent State moment, I don’t know what the fuck is.

The vehicle doesn't accelerate until she's already been killed. The vehicle was uncontrolled because ICE murdered its operator and they are trying to spin it like this dead woman was trying to run them down.

Fuck these monsters. The state needs to prosecute every federal agent at the scene for murder and public endangerment.

Edit: I just saw the victims wife was in the car with her. Now I'm angry and crying.

56

You can always rely on this regime to be as ghoulish as possible in their approach to any given situation and this situation is no exception.

Imagine a human being still connected to any ethical framework trying to spin the post-mortem acceleration of the innocent women they murdered as an attack on them.

You can’t do it. You have to surrender your humanity to be capable of this level of callous evil.

5

No, we can expect that from the conservatives harassing her widow over the next few days though.

3

Not an assassin. He's a thug who murdered a woman in cold blood.

26

May this murder be a curse to him who murdered. May his murder come back to him every time he closes his eyes. May he see himself extinguish an innocent life until that is all he ever sees, day in and day out. May he see a vision of the blood he shed everywhere he looks. May his murder rob him of everything he think he has. May his murder suck the ability to feel joy from his life. May his murder eat away at his existence until he feels that he himself has become the walking dead. May his murderous life become a barren moonscape of dull, meaningless motion from this place to that until it all looks, sounds, and feels the same. May his misery be matched only by his inner deadness. May death itself elude him in his cowardice. And may he then understand that this is what he made of himself when he chose to murder an innocent woman on the streets of Minneapolis.

They should all be arrested and tried for murder. They are all accomplices and co-conspirators in a serious crime, and should have the fucking book thrown at them.

Otherwise I see no reason why the US citizens shouldn't take matters into their own hands.

56

I like John Oliver and all, but some of us are aware of things without learning about them from his show.

Dont forget corrupt fascist always end up hurting themselves in the end, a corrupt system always leads to bad output.

4

Tell that to Kim Jongun. Also, since Palantir exists and Americans are so spread out, how the fuck are we supposed to do anything? I'm scared y'all. This sucks.

4

They can kill a lot of people and ruin a lot of lives before that stage though.

3

Sorry for being cynical, but it really was only a question of time until that happened. These goons have been completely out of control for a long time now.

I hope more people are waking up now. I hope they are enough.

edit: and hey, deported people also have died already. This is inhuman and tyrannical.

38

I also remember at least one case from LA where ICE chased someone on to a road where they were hit and killed by a vehicle, which ought to be felony murder imo

"fatally shoots"

I know the media has its reasons for choosing how it describes events but this was a fucking execution.

Murder implies he's committed a crime he could be punished for.

He's a member of a fascist occupying force. He has committed an act of war.

Find a source of Styrofoam peanuts, used motor oil, and empty glass bottles. Let no fascist know a moment of peace.

The typical napalm you hear about is styrofoam pushed into gasoline until no more will dissolve. I don't know what using used motor oil will change.

1

Two different things.

Used motor oil and sand in a water balloon. Throw it at any clear surface that you don't want to be clear anymore.

1

Trump's Nazi force has killed a US citizen and even when punished Police/ICE don't change their behavior.

28

"fearing for his life, the lives of his fellow law enforcement and the safety of the public, fired defensive shots."

A lot of these diseased twats fear everything. They are cowards. They are the type of cowards that shoot people for pulling in to the wrong drive way or knocking on the wrong door. One on one they are cowering fools. I meet people like them all the time. Give them a gun and group of like minded cowards and you get a savage inhuman animal. That is how I see them all as animals. If anyone doesn't like my dehumanization of them you can pound sand.

Get the fuck out of Minneapolis ice. Get the fuck off our streets ice. Fuck off ice.

Not to be too insensitive, but Reddit is filled with so many Russian bots and shills, I don’t doubt there’s a disinformation campaign right now to keep things looking good in ICEs favor.

9

Nah, there are videos from a few different angles, not one of them gets close enough to the murderer to capture the detail on the photos OP posted.

2

This is literally from the videos going around. I believe it's from the one a girl posted?

1

Femicide is always too high and of course cops like this asshole are the most common perpetrators.

4

The one guy was forcibly trying to open the door. She probably didn’t see the shooter, focusing on the guy trying to open the door. She wasn’t trying to run anyone down.

8

wow ICEholes are finally fulfilling their duties as envisioned by their Great & Glorious Leader /s
