For what crime exactly?

What statute exactly?

Title 7 (race, color, religion, sex and national origin)? How is refusing to honor someone's business because of their political belief falling into one of those? Are they saying that being pro-Nazi is a religion?

Title 9 (sex discrimination in schools)? No.

So, what? Americans with Disabilities Act? Not unless they're saying that the the person who sought business was mentally disabled by their conservative values?

Title 18? Thats all drugs, guns, and money laundering. Not sure how refusing business related to Kirk relates to any of that.

I don’t know if you know this but they don’t care. They’ll make something up. They’ll peddle it like they know what they’re talking about to rile up their base. If it falls flat in the end it won’t matter because they’ll have done what their base wants them to do which is to harass and bully people on the left. What are we gonna do about it? Nothing. The Supreme Court sure as hell won’t do anything about it.

I feel like only a short time ago they said it was cool if someone didn't want to make a wedding cake for a gay wedding, public officials didn't have to sign marriage licenses if they went against their beliefs, or pharmacists didn't have to sell Plan B if they were uncomfortable with it.

I'm starting to feel they're a smidge hypocritical... 🤔

25

Not hypocritical, willing to lie at the drop of a hat.

They learn this from religion, where they lie to children. They tell the children that god's laws are more important than man's laws, and that allows everything, including lying, as long as it benefits their fictional god.

Threatening sometime with a fabricated crime with means to acquire goods or services is called extortion some places.

Note she passed the bar in Florida: and committed felony by doing so by Florida law... In a just world they would disbar her

836.05 Threats; extortion.— (1) Whoever, either verbally or by a written or printed communication, maliciously threatens to accuse another of any crime or offense, or by such communication maliciously threatens an injury to the person, property or reputation of another, or maliciously threatens to expose another to disgrace, or to expose any secret affecting another, or to impute any deformity or lack of chastity to another, with intent thereby to extort money or any pecuniary advantage whatsoever, or with intent to compel the person so threatened, or any other person, to do any act or refrain from doing any act against his or her will, commits a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

by Florida law

Bondi is the Florida AG? I thought she was US AG. US DOJ doesn't have standing to bring criminal cases under Florida law per the 10th Amendment.

No, she was the Florida Attorney General like 10 years ago, and passed the bar there. So I was saying the Florida bar should pull her ability to practice law for breaking Florida laws. It wouldn't prevent her from practicing elsewhere I presume. Michigan likely has similar laws, but I never lived there. Note I didn't say they should charge her with a felony as it wouldn't be in their jurisdiction.

Edit: actually apparently you don't need to pass the bar elsewhere when you become Attorney General, you just need to be a lawyer, which she is solely because she passed the Florida Bar. So she would no longer be able to practice law if they did that apparently.

Maybe she's just dumb as shit and thinks "prosecute" and "persecute" are the same word. Substitute that for what she said and it makes more sense.

Oh, she's definitely as dumb as shit

She's going to say whatever she thinks will make the Tangerine Toddler happy

That's all it ever is

She's still getting cold called by facial surgeons.

"You know, He's talking about making Noem the DoJ head. You should at least consider some lip filler"

she’s definitely as dumb as shit

Never confuse stupidity with malice.

It is just another case of the Trump administration showing their high level of incompetence.

While private entities have the right to refuse business, charges relate to a criminal offense. So, what crime specifically occurred?

Imagine making such a mountain of a molehill. A malignant, ignorant mountain.

This administration is a mockery. I have to think all the petulance is being seen for what it is, even by some of the supporters.

And people like this. For some, it's a cult. For others, it's permission to be evil. Don't underestimate the narcotic effect of hate.

Okay. What's that have to do with potentially arresting the employee?

Being pro-nazi means being pro-christian. 100% since WWII for Europe.

The only reason nazis exist is because christianity exists. Without the hate bible, they have no excuse for their behavior.

1

The bible might be what they use as the reason for hate, but its human nature to hate. China uses Buddhism

You reached the end
