Of you have anhedonea, how do you fix it?

Contact a psychiatrist or your PCP. They can trial you on an SSRI and refer for outpatient therapy if needed. Exercise and healthy diet help. Some people try St. John’s Wart, but don’t take St. John’s Wart and an SSRI together. If you have thoughts of suicide go the your nearest emergency room or call the suicide hotline; it’s 988 in the US.

Working out has helped me a lot get over my anxiety and lethargy. You should give it a try, running especially helps.

I’ve found through trial and error that what you do as soon as you get up sets the pace. Today I woke up and didn’t touch my phone, went to get breakfast and then read a book. Got home wanted to scroll but cleaned & went to gym instead. Normally I’ll wake up and scroll and find it difficult to do anything but that. Everyday I wake up and don’t touch my phone I find I’m a lot more interested & disciplined. Confidence and self talk is a lot better too. Not to mention you'll find yourself becoming a better person in general.

You're absolutely right about that. Today I had some progress actually got up and ran errands and did my chores
