Is it just me or did Lemmy suddenly became more active now that Sync for Lemmy is released?
I wouldn't be here if it weren't for Sync.

It Took 23 Days for Lemmy Posts to Double from 1 Million to 2 Million
I'm new to Lemmy and I am using Sync for Lemmy but so far none of my comments are showing up. I'm attempting to comment from my browser this time and I hope it works.
Edit: my comments seem to be showing in browser but not via Sync for Lemmy. Can someone recommend different Lemmy app?
Edit: you guys are great, I uninstalled and restarted and now my comments are showing up along with all your replies that just popped up at once!

Has anyone else noticed a sudden lack of reading comprehension skills?
I've been a cashier for ages and a question that often pops up for customers on the payment terminal is "would you like to donate to X charity". How often people ask me what they should press, yes or no... I look at them ask them if they would like to donate to X charity and it's like a light goes on for them and they suddenly understand.

I think the problem is that a lot of the time (at least I'm America, that's where I live), is that people don't actually utilize their pickup trucks and they just end up being shiny pavement princesses.

Best and worst glue / tape
I generally use Elmer's gluesticks. I don't usually have much trouble sticking paper, magazine paper or scrapbook paper (noting I'm very heavy handed with my glue) but anything heavier I just use regular packing tape or double sided tape. I'm not very precious with my journals though so if you are, I would check out the dot roller that someone already mentioned. 😊
