Zero Trust Architecture
The real question is : Why did you invite anyone over, before having a guest VLAN set up ? Classic beginner mistake.

YouTube disabled SRV3 subtitle uploads and started deleting them on existing videos
Dammit, it was very useful to poison subtitle files for AI !
Write immense amounts of garbage text outside the viewport. AI sees it, viewers don't ! I believe there's even a way to prevent screen readers from getting confused by it... It was great.

Stephen Miller says undocumented immigrants ‘had no due process entering the country’ and don’t deserve it in removal
Due process isn't something you "deserve". You are entitled to it, regardless of any circumstance. The process is due to you. It is your unalienable right.

Do read WHY they are mentionned, though. Most of his critics are mentionned a lot, and in that case it's a good thing.

YSK that a good way to clear pepper spray from your eyes is water with baby shampoo
But a better way to prevent it from getting there is pool goggles ! (and not ski goggles. Those have vents !)

I want a phone I can actually fix, and Fairphone’s record growth shows the world does too
I want GrapheneOS more than repairability, personally. I hope the Fairphone + GrapheneOS combination is possible some day...

Microsoft wants to replace its entire C and C++ codebase, perhaps by 2030
This could have been good news, however, Microsoft's insistance on using AI, and general incompetence even without it, makes me very doubtful this will be successful.
They are going to try and replace C and C++ written by actual experts a few decades ago, with Rust written by idiots. Expect tons of logic bugs, and very little measurable difference in memory corruption.

I guess it is an "improvement" that we can replace corporate brain rot with community brain rot, but this isn't going to change my mind about short form video.

Nearly 90% of Windows Games now run on Linux, latest data shows — as Windows 10 dies, gaming on Linux is more viable than ever
In my personal experience, the only games that don't work are those that explicitly choose not to :
I'm not much into competitive games myself, so the only one that's inconvenient in this list to me is Roblox. There are a few really fun games on their platform that I wish I could play on Steam Deck, as used to be possible.

Valve says "the Steam Machine is equal or better than 70% of what people have at home," but I feel like that's missing the point
This kind of article, that just stretches out a simple point over a few hundred words, is absolutely infuriating to read.
TL;DR : Steam Machine has a laptop-grade low consumption GPU and will probably be more console-class than desktop-class. (Also, author has likely never taken a statistics class)

That's nice but it's not good enough. There needs to be a compile flag so the AI code isn't even included at all.

There's a difference between citron and lemon ? As a french speaker this is very confusing, I thought "citron" was just our word for "lemon"

developer of game 'Rust' talks about anticheat on linux
This is actually one of the absolute worst trade-offs they could have made, if you think about it for like 2 minutes :
They said 0.1% of players were on Linux.
Even if they were ALL cheaters, that's still a tiny amount of cheaters you just "banned"
Almost 100% of whom will just cheat on Windows instead ; whereas all the legitimate Linux players will loudly complain forever.
They decided to sacrifice all the free PR from one of the most vocal groups of players out there, in order to get a ~ 0% reduction in the number of cheaters.
In more simple terms, they just shot themselves in the foot for no benefit whatsoever (though I do grant it's a relatively small "gun")
