I have been diagnosed “officially” but I’ve seen the effects being undiagnosed on people has and don’t begrudge anyone a self diagnosis if they’ve self educated. It doesn’t seem you have. Exactly - I don’t know what you have- YOU’RE the one who said you don’t think you have “true” ADHD and used the air quotes… again, in a community specifically for ADHD. That is invalidating to everyone with ADHD who reads it in a society that doubts the existence of our disability altogether.

I’m telling YOU that YOUR posts give off BIG “hey you don’t have ADHD, you just aren’t fixing yourself right” energy. That’s not me gatekeeping - that me advocating against ableism.
