How to deal with blemishes?

If you shave using a blade and use some kind of [product] along with it, then I'd go on a bit of a spree getting alternative products. No speaking from experience - I'm a guy who just uses the electric razor to trim the beard and clear-cut downstairs every now and then - but coconut oil might work as a shaving lubricant and it's good for the skin too.

Completely Disable Gemini From Spying On Your Google Acccount

EU citizen here. The first link redirects to the Gemini front page for me. Tried with a trailing slash, that gives a 404. Second one confirms there is no Gemini activity to delete. Never did use Gemini. I guess this means they didn't automatically onboard EU folk...?

I really should delete my Google account, since all I use it for is a Gmail account for whenever I need to enter an email for anything.

Selfhost offline software

I have my homeserver rsync three Arch mirrors and three Arch ARM mirrors in rotation on three days every week. Thus I have full local repos for these. All my machines are configured to use this local repo. The reason I do this is precisely to be prepared for the inevitable 'Internet is broken' scenario.

When did you start working around with Linux?

Here's what I started with. The release of Windows 95 lured me away from Amiga, but as the Amiga was a very customisable environment, I had this for an escape plan :D

In the Amiga days I was ridiculously lucky and bagged a Silicon Graphics Indy system for pennies, so Unix was no stranger at this point.
