Ich bin 80% der Zeit schon eher ovo-lacto Vegetarier*in, zähle aber als pescetarisch da ich oft am Wochenende Fisch esse (in der Woche fast nie Fleisch/Fisch) und meine Blutwerte (außer Vitamin D, eosinophile Granulozyten und IgE, kommt überwiegend wegen ner Autoimmungeschichte) sind super. Auch Vorsicht bei Nüssen. Gibt einige ungesunde Nüsse, besonders Erdnüsse. Nimm lieber Pekannüsse. Sind genauso gesund wie Walnüsse aber schmecken weniger bitter.

To call it xenophobic is not a very convincing argument as there are Swiss people who are muslims and for many muslims a hijab isn't a fundamental part of the religion. Making exceptions for muslims just is unfair treatment for everyone else. A secular state means citizens have freedom of religion and that religion has no place in state business.
