Grundsätzlich nicht falsch, aber daraus muss man doch folgern die Demokratie dahingehend zu stärken, dass sie diese Vielfalt aushält und sie wehrhafter zu machen gegen autoritäre, verfassungsfeindliche Bewegungen. Und nicht schon im voreilenden Gehorsam die Freiheit und Vielfalt einzuschränken oder zu kritisieren.

Da es solche legalen Angebote derzeit meines Wissens nach gar nicht gibt, wäre es moralisch in Ordnung sich die Werke illegal zu beschaffen.

Ich meine, wenn du das Original besitzt darfst du davon für den privaten Gebrauch Kopien erstellen. Folgerichtig sollte es in diesem Fall auch legal sein, sich Kopien anderer zu beschaffen. Ob die dann mit oder ohne DRM sind sollte ja keine Rolle spielen.
