I switched over from my previous instance to rammy.site specifically because it doesn't block any instances and (afaik) no other instances block it. So far it's working pretty well for me. Alternatively, like others have mentioned, you could host your own instance and then it won't defederate anyone if you don't want it to.

Granted. You lose the ability to feel fear. While this does make you far more confident, it also means you don't hesitate to dive headfirst into incredibly dangerous situations, one of which shortly leads to your untimely death.
