What is your all time favourite movie?
My tastes change from time to time, and even if they didn't it's difficult to choose one across all genre. But I think my all-time favorite is The Princess Bride.

I once woke up during an upper endoscopy. It wasn't a pleasant experience. The anesthesiologist noticed pretty fast though and put me back out.
