What are the best apps for managing ADHD?

Reply in thread

I just have a dry-erase board for planning out my week at work and at home I fly by the seat of my pants and spend months attempting to form good habits

It took me 25 years just to start brushing my teeth once a day, no idea how long until I get it up to twice a day.

Please help the itching is unbearable

We have a suction tool, I think it's literally called the bug bite thing or something. Basically it suctions on to your arm where the bite was and you pull your skin up into this tube and it sucks out the venom that causes the itching as well as the stinger if one was left behind.

My wife and I haven't had a bug bite any time we've had that thing handy, so mainly we just put it on each other's nipples for shits & gigs. I can't really say that it's effective, but it is fun.

Is Monster Hunter: World good?

There is very little voiced dialogue in monster hunter games, and none of it really matters. The story is less than secondary, the main focus of the game is hunting monsters and getting better and better gear to hunt more monsters with. Monster Hunter Stories might be a better fit, but I know nothing about it. It's a turn based rpg.

Medication unfortunately hasn't really helped my habit forming much. I'm slowly working on it though.

It's definitely helped a lot of my executive dysfunction, though it does have its drawbacks.

I do have days where I am more depressed than I ever have been, but only if I take it more than 3-4 times a week.
