Cmd. Riker chooses who has to follow uniform code apparently

  1. Worf had already gotten permission to wear his alteration years ago on file. Ro didn't have permission yet.
  2. Deanna works with civilians, who may not be as open with her if she is wearing a uniform. Again, nothing a little off screen paperwork would clear up
  3. Riker takes a risk to assert his authority with an easy to find infraction to bust her with to let her know he means business.

There are...

To be fair, in the book the three musketeers were always Porthos, Athos, and Aramis. D'Artagnan joins the group and becomes their companion later on.

Should the book have been named the Four Musketeers? Probably. But hey, it's French.

Star Trek executive producer wants more Strange New Worlds episodes, and I’m nervous

Alternatively, some of the best episodes of TNG were "bottle" episodes to fill space and keep costs down. If 90s trek had shorter seasons would we have had "Measure of a Man" ,"Duet", or "Masks" made?

I know the days of a 24 episode season are long gone due to the increase of production time in modern TV, but maybe we could have 13 to 15 episodes ? Enough for a 10 episode dedicated season arc with a few others just to explore some weird anomalies that make no sense at all.

But does it get a bike too?

I had used one as the BBEG in a campaign I ran once. It was strictly for a their tier 4 climax and they had multiple side quests to help get some advantages like overcoming the spell resistance or temporarily stoping the health Regen. However, I also gave the Terrasque a ranged attack, and a few extra abilities so the players couldn't metagame and fly and kite.

And they had to figure out a way to trap the monster in a canyon.

Even still I dropped every PC to 0 health at least once in that encounter before they won. A real nail bitter.

It was one of the top five boss fights I ever was a part of on either side of the screen.

Under common is the lingua franca of the Underdark a vast cave system. A trading pidgin of those that live there and any brave surface soul who trades there.

Theves cant is class ability a coded message telling rogues what nasty criminal things are to do. It's there to make the roleplayers feel like a spy, con artist, or planning a heist.

In a world where money has no value, everyone can afford to have proper nutrition and medical care, reducing obesity. Furthermore, if one is in a pseudo military organization, one would probably have to be physically active and fit.

That's why you have to use your knowledge of the monster when you choose which combat cantrip to hurl. If they are dumb but flexible like a spider, throwing sacred flame which provokes a dex save isn't going to connect as often as a vicious mockery.
