Federal judge bars Trump from implementing proof of citizenship requirement to vote
This is good. However, I'm sure he has other fuckery up his sleeve. Expect him to continue attacking mail-in ballots at the USPS level as well as other intimidation tactics. He knows his survival is at stake, and never underestimate a rat backed into a corner.

Trump says there are ‘no limits’ to his power
Except for the failure part. It should read there's no limits to his failure. I'm going to go eat my trump steak now and study for my trump university class. Oh wait, those things failed.
The rest of the article is correct, he hasn't learned his lesson yet. Malignant narcissists never do.

Why does the US have a bad time zone for game releases?
I guess I never thought about it that way. Worldwide releases are usually GMT, so you just get it when you get it. I'd feel selfish wanting to have it oriented around the US, even though that may be the largest consumer base. (Note OP I'm not directing that last comment towards your question, just my thoughts)

It's so worth it having them in your life, even for a short time. However, losing them is super hard, every time. I currently am on my fourth and fifth golden retriever. Losing the first three were definitely heartbreaking.

The Democratic Base Is Angry. Is the party paying attention?
Reply in thread
The Democrats had 60 votes for a cumulative total of about four months (broken into two periods between July 2009 and February 2010). However, even within that window, the supermajority was practically compromised. Senator Ted Kennedy was battling a terminal illness and was frequently absent, and Senator Robert Byrd was often hospitalized, meaning Democrats rarely had all 60 votes present.

True, but he only had that supermajority for four months

I never said the DNC had 60. I said Obama had a supermajority for four months.
You are technically correct about the strict party label, but I never argued that or stated that in my reply. I simply said Obama had a supermajority for four months, even if only technically.
Sanders and Lieberman formally caucused with the Democrats. In the U.S. Senate, caucusing means you organize with that party to determine leadership, committee assignments, and—most importantly—the voting threshold needed to break a filibuster.
So I'm technically correct, which is the best kind of correct.
Where did I ever say the DNC specifically had 60?
