What's this gap in your resume? Oh, that's the two years I was a jeweler. What about this one? That time I managed a retail store. But you're applying for a manufacturing position sir. Yes, that's why I only left the relevant bits on the resume, otherwise it would be 7 pages long and you wouldn't be seeing me now.

My late brother used to love to bust my balls, so him being the person he was, would introduce me (us) as "he's the gayest straight man you'll ever meet, and I'm the straightest gay man you'll ever meet". He wasn't flamboyant or anything, and I do enjoy antiques and musicals. He also threatened to haunt my left testicle if I kept having raucous sex without bringing someone home for him. Anyway, thanks for reading. I miss that big, proud asshole.

Had to have the landlord come and fix a relatively minor issue with our shower. About lost my mind making sure the place looked presentable for him to fix something he's responsible for. Trauma sucks

What's the worst way you ever broke production?

My first time shutting down a factory at the end of second shift for the weekend. I shut down the compressors first, and that hard stopped a bunch of other equipment that relied on the air pressure. Lessons learned. I spent another hour restarting then properly shutting down everything. Never did that again.

I am jealous of WoD DMs

I still have notebooks full of my late brother's Vampire games. He was an accomplished DM in many circles. Printed copies of real estate listings in NYC that he used in game. Dozens of npcs, lore from multiple clans. If anyone has a use for thousands of dollars worth of whitewolf VtM original books...I have a literal laundry basket full since nobody I know will play.

Airports disrupted across Europe as civil resistance groups join Oil Kills – the International Uprising to end fossil fuels - PRESS RELEASE - Oil Kills

I would say protesting at a port would be less likely to garner international attention, and probably would be easier to shutdown quickly and relatively quietly.

Shutting down an airport is much more public, therefore probably safer in the long run. Also more likely to be reported on because it affects the public in a more direct way. Yes, it inconveniences some people, but it gets the message out.

Either way, I doubt it will do much to change anything soon enough.
