Wasn't there a movie where a girl found a turtle with a scar and, much later, it got HUGE?

Pizza is a food pyramid.
I think that speaks more to how broken the food pyramid was than how good pizza is.

Stay hydrated, folks
"I've always wondered whether you could drink slowly enough, and eliminate fast enough, that you just sort of peed continuously. But I'm afraid to try because I worry someone might call while I'm doing it and ask what I'm up to, and I won't be able to think of a lie."

Many of us survived that dark day
We had a LAN Party!
486 proxy box using RedHat and ipchains sharing dialup Internet for about 8 of us in parents basement.
Enjoying looking up websites and seeing odd dates like 19100 show up. Nobody died, outside of Starsiege Tribes CTF.

Underrated comment here. Federal road funding in the US was used to strong arm States into having a common drinking age.

Finally started Cyberpunk.... I can't stop climbing everything.
Would like some advice on how to get invested in the game. Got past the tutorial into a bit more open world and I'm torn between side quests and the main quest. Worried I'll go into some territory that I'm not prepared for.
It's a beautiful game. Just want to find that groove.

Why do posters say that increase in Linux Steam share doesnt count becuase its mostly steam deck users?
Year of the Linux Desktop may never be a relevant measure, but it was Steam Deck and Proton that marked the transition for me.
The deck is awesome because it's Linux

What's your fave movie of all time that you love to recommend to people?
A friend of mine mentioned 'Contact' was the perfect film. I thought about it for some time and found that I agree. The plot, casting, filmography, and score are all top notch.
Beyond favorite there are quite a few films I consider 'done' we don't need sequels or remakes. Most recently the original 'Willy Wonka' came to mind.
