Microsoft is using malware-like pop-ups in Windows 11 to get people to ditch Google
It's because of shit like this that I'm glad I switched to Linux.

Deferated from hexbear.net
I might have to make a new account here. I made a comment and then edited it to address a Q_Anon adjacent hexbear user that replied to me. It's really strange. They say they are extreme leftists on their sidebar, but their politics are anti-Western, which puts them essentially with NK, China, and Russia, which are an authoritarian brand of communist or fascist that prosecutes and imprisons trans, LGBTQ+, etc,.
At this point I think they are simply trying to get reactions and shit stir for lulz. Getting told I should die because I corrected a Hexbear's use of misinformation is surreal. I never thought an extreme Leftist or five would openly and brazenly support a regime that literally made supporting LGBTQ+ stuff a crime only a year or two ago. It's wild.

I've received letters twice from the same individual who belongs to a JW church. The first was when they moved into the area, and the second was when I moved to another place.
Your property ownership records (if you're American) are public records, and if you grab it within like, 3 years (where I live), you can even find the closing price and more detailed information on the sale.

What is your favorite Lemmy client for Android?
Boost. I used it's reddit app exclusively because I liked it so much, and the Lemmy version is perfect too. 10/10

Donald Trump keeps confessing to new crimes
I think the point here is if he can get any of his jury to slip up and admit or say they saw some of this on TV/online, and that it colored their opinion of him and helped them come to a verdict, that's a mistrial and they have to start this all over again. And that would put his trial until after the election giving him the possibility of immunity once again as a sitting president.

My wife would probably divorce me for having a girlfriend I didn't know about

Counter argument--having bad credit is also meaningless if you can never afford to purchase something like a house, and you're ok with purchasing used vehicles and renting from smaller landlords and not property management companies.

Ron DeSantis Proposes Unprovoked War on Mexico
Haven't we learned our lesson about unprovoked wars after watching East Europe for the past year and a half??
@emizeko - not sure if you're a Russian troll or a poor American doing the real fascists' work for them--but I'm sorry for you my friend and hope the best for you. If you missed it in my other comments, I'm currently serving in the US military and am very confident that Western media at large is on the money, and that a novice OSINTer could refute the fanfic you posted. Best wishes.

What is the one most astonishingly dumb things that, as a child, you believed was absolute truth?
I thought that everywhere was ocean except our town, my grandparents' town, and the interstate we used to get there.

Vasalgel/Risug(?) have shown promising results in tests in India iirc, but the last time I checked there was almost no momentum in getting it FDA approved. It is as far as I know, 100% effective and only required administrating once. The materials used to create it are cheaper than the syringe. Why is it not making more headway? Because it eliminates profits (like ongoing prescriptions would provide) for pharmaceuticals.
