Does the lighting in Supergirl make the movie difficult to watch for anyone else?

It's such a deep dark shadowy black or red that I can barely see anything in several important scenes. When she's outside in the sun or on krypton, it looks normal, other movies look normal on my tv, but is this extremely dark shadowy absence of light what the rest of you are seeing?

It's honestly the worst part of the movie for me. and there's a shot where she ::: spoiler spoiler inhales in space. :::

Anyone else try to show Lemmy to their friends only for the toxic side of Lemmy to scare them off?

My friend's on reddit a lot, uses it for support questions and reviews mostly, but got fed up with all the bullshit toxicity.

I suggested she check out Lemmy, there's less content, but generally fewer toxic interactions, and we scrolled a bit.

She checked it out, didn't understand a meme on WomensStuff, had me ask them about it, and was so put off by their responses that that was the end of lemmy for her.

Does anyone have a way to automatically disable night light during full screen apps on Linux Mint?

The brightness and gamma applet was a nice workaround for a while but stopped working last week, it increases gamma levels to 100% but doesn't disable the night light anymore; the gnome extension caffeine sounded perfect but after installing I cant open settings/config/manual, there's just a tray icon that doesn't seem to do anything.

any ideas?

theres no "disable during full screen" option in Night Light itself, brightness and gamma applet was a nice workaround for a while but stopped working last week, it increases gamma levels to 100% but doesn't disable the night light anymore; the gnome extension caffeine sounded perfect but after installing I cant open settings/config/manual, there's just a tray icon that doesn't seem to do anything.

anyone else have google speech to text stop working correctly about a week ago?

Out of the blue, my google speech to text has become absolutely terrible at recognition and has completely stopped adding punctuation marks comma typing them out instead period

Anyone else getting this?

Retrained it, updated, deleted, updated again, nothing works, my Google stt is largely useless now.

Is there an alternative anyone is using?
