Costco sells uncooked tortillas from TortillaLand, and they’re fucking amazing. Cook like 60 seconds in a hot skillet on each side and you get a fresh, hot tortilla. No oil or anything needed. It’s wonderful. If you can find them, I’d recommend checking them out.
Only downside is because they’re uncooked, they have a limited fridge life, unlike the pre-cooked ones, but they taste soooo much better.

How big could a cell phone be before you refused to carry it?

In times of old, giant cell phones and lengthy, expressive saxophone interludes it was all anyone ever needed. It even came with a carrying strap for added convenience. Where’s that attention to detail now?

You’re welcome!
You’ll either find the TortillaLand or the Tortilla Fresca packs. We prefer the TortillaLand, but both are uncooked and both are excellent!

Enjoy!

Phoenix tried a reflective coating on black asphalt; noon surface heat fell 12°F

Yep. Got a good sunburn when camping in the mountains for the first time in Arapaho National Forest. Snow 2 feet deep on the ground under the trees, but the UV up that high is pretty brutal and got my arms and legs pretty good. Thankfully was wearing a hat with a nice wide brim all the way around so my face, neck, and ears were unscathed. Definitely a learning experience.

It has a paywall now. But when it was originally posted, there wasn’t one for a few hours. And it definitely wasn’t done on purpose.

Conservative parent is sad his daughters aren't coming for thanksgiving after voting for Trump
“My kids don’t want to hang out with me after I dismissed their opinions as a mental disorder and the party I voted for tries to control their bodies! Why must I suffer? I didn’t do anything to them directly! These kids today are so unfaaaair!”
What a jackass.
I hope his kids have a great holiday. Good on them for standing up for their beliefs.

JD Vance says he and his daughter, 3, were confronted by pro-Ukraine protesters
Good. This administration should continue to be confronted and challenged on their stupidity. They are, and never should be, free from receiving criticism for their stances, and using the child to deflect from the real questions being asked is a cop out and completely on brand.
I bet the three year old has a more objective view on Ukraine anyway. The press should be interviewing them instead of JD.
