I first watched Valerian a couple weeks ago and really enjoyed it. The plot and characters were fairly generic, but the rest of the movie played by the rule of cool.

Just finished it recently. Chrichton being completely unhinged the whole show was a blast.

I read this in the last year and really enjoyed the writing style of it. Unfortunately, I feel like the word choice was often edgy for the sake of being edgy in the mid 2000s way that makes it very hard to recommend to people now.
