Your English is perfectly intelligible and I’m sorry if this is bad news but that means you are not qualified to be president.

Boy I was wrong about the Fediverse
People complain about Lemmy having limited content and engagement. Not in this article so much. I’m sure there were fewer posts in the past too. But what I found is that there are real people on here and you don’t have to wade through bots and shills which makes this community feel much more whole to me.

"Somewhere through this web of satellite trails is Comet C/2025 R3 (PanSTARRS)"
I remember being a kid and looking up at a mostly still and dark sky. Fast forward to when I started hiking and camping much more in my thirties. I’m creeped out by the LEO satellites whipping around. I dont know exactly why. It feels like something changed that shouldn’t have. A place that we used to stare into the limitless beyond is now barred or trespassed by something so terrestrial.

Restoring toddler chairs
Hmm, it looks like your process doesn’t maintain the size of the chair. Try to avoid water based products. They cause the wood to expand.

What movie franchise gets worse with each new film?

Alien 1 vs Alien 2 is such an interesting split. The first is so full of dread and so claustrophobic. The second is like an action horror movie. The vision of Ridley Scott and James Cameron couldn’t be more different but both are great movies.
