On pc you use third party software to stream, i use Apollo which is a fork of sunshine and Moonlight. As for PlayStation on the PS4 you just used the companion app, I can't remember if you needed plus or not but I wouldn't be surprised if you did. PS5 sells a whole peripheral for it but I think you can still use the app. Not sure, PS4 was hostile enough for me to abandon console gaming and return to pc where it's better and cheaper.

I'd like to know what evidence you have to support your position. I'm sure true artificial intelligence is theoretically possible but existing LLMs and other models cannot be that, not while maintaining a definition of intelligence that at all implies "like us" which is the only really useful definition.

It would be nice but it's functionally impossible due to the size and spread out nature of the US. Half the country could shut down and the other half wouldn't even feel it. You'd need every port city and shipping company, ship rail and truck, you'd need virtually every service worker, you'd need a majority of financial institutions, in every major city in every state.
