Most Dangerous Jobs

If a policeman ever tells you to get out of your car during a traffic stop, you have to comply based on a ruling from Pennsylvania vs Mimms that they can remove you from your car if they have reason to believe you're dangerous and want to be able to see you at all times for officer safety.

So whenever you get asked to step out of the car, make sure you say, "I know you're scared." They love that!.

At my house there are no buses. There are no light rails. There are no sidewalks, no bike lanes. You can walk in the easement of people's front yards but it's mostly a ditch, full of water when it's raining. I live inside the loop highway that runs around my 2+ million population city. Cars are the only option, even most of the homeless have cars here.

The "We Tried" Award

Vietnam hats aren't trophies. They're badges of survivors. They know they lost. They were fucked by our govt while they were there, they got their asses kicked and then came home to a population that didn't see them as heroes like previous soldiers has experienced. Everything about that war was a shit show and it's no surprise so many of those vets couldn't transition back into civilian life.

We live in a public transit hell

As an American, I don't have access to trains, buses, bike lanes, sidewalks or even a shoulder on the road. The last time I tried to walk home from the tire shop two miles away, three people stopped to offer me a ride because it is that dangerous. I live inside the 275 loop that runs around Cincinnati.
