CF doesn't give a fuck about 80tb of traffic. These guys were in severe TOS violation that could affect all CF customers if CF IPs got blocked. Given 48 hours to bring their own IPs and switch to (expensive AF anywhere) enterprise account and finally shut down TWO WEEKS later after trying to weasel their way out of this instead of accepting they need to pay to play this stupid game.
We've been CF customers forever and enshitification is definitely affecting all of their services and mostly customer support, but in this instance I'm 100% on the side of CF.

Why Are Cars Getting Rid Of Android Auto?

They didn't really replace it though. Pretty much every modern car sold today has Bluetooth. You don't have to use android auto.

I really don't understand why people love Proton so much. It's really expensive, requires a non standard client and in the end you're still using it to communicate via one of the least secure protocols ever with vast majority of people not using Proton.

Muslim Groups Who Pushed Against Kamala Harris Respond to Trump's Gaza Plan - Newsweek

I read the article, they are not making any points other than a completely empty claim that only Palestinians get to decide.
What they should be doing is profusely apologizing for their catastrophic stupidity while rallying people to try and impeach the orange felon.

Don't let Slack launch at startup. As long as it launches after pipewire - everything works. Your can also restart it to fix sharing issue, but that can be a birch if you already started a call.

Parking fines should be proportional to the value of the vehicle
I drive a wheelchair accessible minivan which is stupidly fucking expensive but not because it's a good or a luxury car. Modifications for the wheelchair access roughly doubled the total cost of the car.
I love the idea of penalties being proportional to income, but we all know cunts like musk will never pay a dime, while regular people will get fucked or ultra-fucked if they are poor.

Parents outraged at Snoo after smart bassinet company charges fee to rock crib for crying babies
Reply in thread
It really isn't unless they changed since we used it 5 years ago. It just had a microphone and went through several levels of rocking based on how much sound mics picked up. It worked whether it was connected or not. Internet was just for notifications. Your baby screaming is usually a pretty clear notification.

Huh? Postgresql is not mysql compatible. Mariadb is very popular in a ton of businesses around the world as a not stupidly expensive sql database with great support.

You mean we will, right? I'm sure he's protected the same way cops are so taxes will be used to pay for judge's mistakes while he continues to be a piece of shit without any repercussions.

Seven bikes take up less space than a single SUV
I really wish there was a better way to secure bicycles. Most of the time I choose to take the car or motorcycle is because I got a nice bicycle after my old cheapo got stolen from what I thought was a safe location.
I'm not even talking about lack of bicycle racks in many parking lots, but the fact that a $50 angle grinder goes through just about any chain/u-lock in about 30 seconds.
I know this because I had to cut off my own U-lock after assholes tried to drill through the lock on mine and ruined it. Also, nobody even looked twice at a guy using an incredibly loud grinder generating a ton of sparks in the middle of a retail parking lot.

It fucking sucks listening to music in an apartment and feeling no emotional effect from the loud parts besides anxiety about 'oh god will my neighbors complain'
True unpopular opinion over here.
headphones are not the same.
Correct. They are a way better option to enjoy music. Unless you're listening to it live, imnho there's no better way to enjoy music than a nice set of headphones. They are perfectly calibrated to produce sound at exactly the right location into your ears. Unless you're comparing them to hundreds of thousands of dollars spent on speakers and sound engineers, no speakers you can buy for under that even come close. That $250 garbage you're annoying your neighbors with certainly does not.
