Well, I went ahead and just wiped storage and logged back in. Now I'm at 70MB in user data and just 500kb in cache. Photo upload is on and worked so I guess will just see if it was some bug that kept going on even while it has been upgraded.

Had already done that. User data itself is 6 gigs, next to nothing in cache (though cleared it anyway the other day.)

And like said, nothing is under "available offline".

• Proposed rules- 5% from ALL 88 counties, no cure period, 60% to pass.

Essentially, grassroots initiatives already have a high hurdle and this would've made them effectively impossible. Only big moneyed interests could ever get anything on the ballot again.

I think the first thing is to enshrine the ban permanently. The dense core is no place for surface parking lots.

Then I think council needs to study the idea of the land value tax which would actually encourage building something more productive on the existing surface lots- be it a parking garage or actual apartments,condos, etc.
