Is there a way to hide posts?
One of my favourite features of my Reddit app (Sync) is "Mark Read on Scroll" and "Hide Read Posts" as an action button on the main screen. Something like that would be fantastic

So on the server side, it would be like how DNS servers work to "propograte" the hostname data so that users are served the same content but distributing the load between multiple servers?
