I'm wondering if there's any easy deterent that can be used. For sharks a simple low electric field can be used to keep them away due to their sense organ, but can a noise or electric field drive off Orcas without hurting them? There's got to be some research going on right now about it with all the attacks that have happened.

I just wish there was any enforcement at all. I walk around the Bronx 2x a week at night and it's constant red light running, or riding on the sidewalk, or no lights. Just no rules.

Why make it more difficult to get around when you could just let people learn not to go under enormous mountains of steel? Honestly there are reasons why adding more stuff to trailers will make things more difficult. Just keep in mind that banning people who are wrong does not change their mind or reduce their number. The only way to change anything is to actually engage and correct them if they're wrong.
